Problem
Solopreneurs often struggle with creating sales pages and managing their schedules. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by details like pricing and contact tools.
ApproachOur user-centric approach to improving the online sales page involved drafting a PRD, conducting market research, and analyzing user requests. We created and refined a high-fidelity prototype through company-wide feedback and user testing with 8 participants.
Key Results
42% increase in the understanding rate of the page for usual customers
25% increase in conversion sales for users.
Overall improvement in usability and navigation of the page
Improved engagement between businesses and their customers
Reduced number of support tickets for the CX team due to better self-explanation of the online page
My role
I helped create a solution: a simple online page where clients can choose a service, pick a time, and pay easily.

Context
This project was a turnaround for our customers in sense of organization of what they had to show for their customers. However, the main issue was that misunderstandings about the page led to wasted time and insufficient sales, resulting in fewer paid customers for the business. Addressing this problem was the primary goal of our project.
Challenges
& Obstacles
Relational
We needed to face that our connection with business were the page that they shared with clients. So, if the wasn't converting in the way we expected this was a relational problem with our paid customers.
Financial
The conversion sales from previous page wasn't enough for the business. Because of that we were loosing traction with paid customers so we decided to change it and was a good turnaround in financial aspects.
Time
The time of execution wasn't the problem because it was necessarily to recreate the page. But in matter of execution we had problem because one small project took more two months because we face with another workflow that needed som changes too from zero.
Technical
The project was written in the start of the company in older technology so we had to choose from create everything from zero or change only little things.
Design and Usability
There was a problems from previous versions of the project in heuristics and navigation. But we had also problem with acessibility and hierarchy of the page.
In this version we had time to do a more realistic approach using feedbacks, improved product process, research, usability test and accessibility.
The solution
An online pages that works similar to a business website but in a more reliable way to sell goods, from services to combos. The business owner starts configuring the things they offers from Quaddro platform and by doing that, they have access to a personal link for their online website. From that point, every customer can see single aspect of what was set public. They can see services, combos and a plus is that the page brings an about section, indication which are the accepted payment methods, and to finish, a review section from their converted clients.
Process
We adressed every project with some FR(feature requests) from users. By doing that he had qualitative research but we start with that look to after going into the market and know about the tendencies. With data from analysing the market and competitors we have enough data to see the best way to approach the problem.
Looked at mixpanel to specific analysis
Make a list of Feature requests that could improve our workflow
First I wrote with the team the PRD (product requirements documents) of the project
By that, I started doing a comparative research from market and other competitors
With this research, I realize that we needed to look our feature requests from users for the online page
I categorize every idea to organize our first draft of what could be the first step to create a hi-fi prototype and show to every person in the company ( we were 14 at the time)
In our team, we used to create hi-fi after the draft with some changes that were addressed from our colleagues and by that we could being using a better version to deliver a good research.
By creating the hi-fi prototype, we started creating our usability test script and had chosen the users for the research from our business goals and the DAU users that met the requirements.
In the research we delivered for the users in google meet the prototype and asked a lot of questions. In this time we made a selection of 8 users and by each one we were making some progressions in the hi-fi and adjustments that made us finish with a last one validated.
After the research we presented to some teams the adjustments and bring from engineering team one lead to validate the execution.
With everything in place, we started to create the final document with every single explanation of changes and some code changes too. By doing a better handoff we increased the time of delivery from our engineering team.
The product was taken from the developers and by the time we launched the conversions sales for our users increased 25 % and the understanding for the final users increased by 42 %.

Personal Learnings
Whithout time for extensive research, I enhanced the online page hierarchy, navigation, and color scheme solely by applying design principles.
In this version I had time to do a more realistic approach using feedbacks, improved product process, research, usability test and accessibility.
